The Raffle is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia), who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Legal residents outside of the U.S. are also eligible to enter.

Contestants will be allowed to collect tickets in the application by clicking buttons in denominations of 1, 3, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 tickets.

How do I play iFiftyFifty?

Contestants will be allowed to collect tickets in the application by Spinning the Wheel in denominations of 1, 5, 10, 25 tickets. 

When a ticket is collected your name is automatically put into the drawing. If you collect more than one ticket, your email address will be entered into the drawing by the amount of tickets collected, i.e. if you collect 1 ticket your email address will be in there one time. If you collect 100 tickets your email address will be in there 100 times. The Sponsor will distribute the funds as follows: The pot of the raffle is distributed to one winner per the terms set forth below. At the end of the month an email address will be chosen at random to determine who gets the money in the pot.

Winners shall be declared randomly based on ticket ID. On the day of the drawing, a winner will be generated at random. When the winner is selected, the iFiftyFifty app will update via push notification, and the app displays the winner’s full name. The raffle holder will sign in or sign up via Stripe to receive payment.

You can withdraw your money at any time. For withdrawals, simply click the Draw Pot Amount button on the Settings screen. Requests will be processed within 72 hours. The raffle holder will sign in or sign up via Stripe to receive pot amount.

If you are a U.S. resident, we, as agent for our developer partners, may send you an IRS Form W-9 and 1099-MISC or other appropriate form if your withdrawal total is $600 or more in any given calendar year. Depending on the state in which you reside, we may also send you additional federal or state tax forms. Without limiting the foregoing, as agent for our developer partners, we may withhold from your existing Account balance and/or from future Winnings any amount required to be withheld by Applicable Laws, including amounts due in connection with your failure to complete relevant tax documentation, but you remain solely responsible for paying all federal, state and other taxes in accordance with all Applicable Laws.

iFiftyFifty may require users to change their usernames in cases where the name is offensive or promotes a commercial venture. The requirement to change will be determined at iFiftyFifty’s sole discretion, and if requests are ignored, iFiftyFifty may unilaterally change a player’s username.
