2) Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the following jurisdictions who have reached the age of majority in their place of residence at the time of entry:
  • United States — excluding AZ, AR, CT, DE, FL, LA, MT, NY, SC, SD, and TN. Entrants must be 18+ (19+ in AL and NE; 21+ in MS).
  • Canada — excluding Quebec. Entrants must be the age of majority in their province/territory (18 or 19).
  • United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Australia — all states and territories. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. This promotion is conducted as a “game of skill” for purposes of Australian trade-promotion law; where a chance element applies, Sponsor will obtain any permits required (including in NSW and ACT) before opening that drawing to Australian residents.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate household members of 2Pens Media are not eligible.

2a) Country-Specific Notices

• United Kingdom: This promotion is operated as a free prize draw or skill competition and is not a licensable lottery under the Gambling Act 2005. No payment is required to enter; in-app purchases do not increase the chance of winning. UK entrants may request a copy of the full rules and the winner’s county by writing to the Sponsor at the address in Section 1.
• Australia: The promoter is 2Pens Media, Inc. (address in Section 1). Where the promotion is run as a game of chance, drawings open to Australian residents will only proceed once any required state permits are in force (including, where applicable, NSW Authority and ACT Permit numbers, which will be displayed in-app for the relevant Entry Period). Prizes will not be transferred or exchanged for cash. Unclaimed-prize draws will be conducted in accordance with applicable state regulations.

3) How iFiftyFifty Is Played

iFiftyFifty is a free-to-play, skill-based match-3 puzzle game with timed tournaments and a recurring monthly grand-prize drawing. Players match tiles on the board to earn points and climb the leaderboard. Prizes are awarded to top-ranking players based on skill-based leaderboard performance, or through random drawings among eligible entrants who qualified during the Entry Period.

Spin-wheel features and slot bonus rounds (where available) are bonus mechanics only. They may award in-app coins, additional play time, or extra tournament entries, but they do not directly award cash or gift-card prizes and do not determine the outcome of any prize promotion.

The game can be downloaded and played for free. No purchase is ever necessary to enter or win. Purchases (such as in-app coins, spins, or Remove Ads) are optional and do not increase your chances of winning prizes.

4) Promotion Period

The headline iFiftyFifty drawing is the $100 Monthly Prize, with one (1) Entry Period running from 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time on the first calendar day of each month through 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on the last calendar day of the same month. Additional shorter-cycle tournaments and bonus drawings may run continuously inside each monthly window; each such tournament or bonus event constitutes its own Entry Period and resets when the next one begins. Server time (Central Time US) controls.

5) How to Enter — No Purchase Necessary

• In-App Entry: Play iFiftyFifty, complete matches, or participate in events that show “Win Cash” or “Win Gift Cards.” Each completed tournament or qualifying activity earns entries automatically for the relevant Entry Period.
• Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Send an email to support@ififtyfifty.com with the subject line “Free Entry – iFiftyFifty” and include your full name and iFiftyFifty Player ID. Limit one (1) email entry per Entry Period. No purchase necessary; purchases do not improve odds of winning.

6) Prizes

• Monthly Grand Prize: US $100, paid via PayPal or equivalent digital transfer to one (1) eligible winner per calendar month.
• Tournament & Bonus Prizes: Digital gift cards from major retailers, fulfilled by Giftbit or equivalent third-party providers. Typical prizes range from US $5 to $50 ARV each.
• Quantity & Frequency: One (1) Monthly Grand Prize winner per Entry Period; additional tournament/bonus winners as posted in-app for each shorter Entry Period. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the number, value, or frequency of drawings without prior notice.
• Gift cards are subject to issuer terms. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, except by Sponsor for a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable.

7) Winner Selection & Odds

• For skill-based tournaments, winners are determined by leaderboard placement based on points earned through gameplay performance during the Entry Period.
• For random-drawing promotions (including the Monthly Grand Prize), winners are selected at random from all eligible entries (including AMOE entries) received during the Entry Period.
• Odds of winning a random drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning a skill-based tournament depend on the number and performance of competing players. Purchases do not improve odds.

8) Notification & Prize Claim

• Winners notified via in-app message and/or email within 24–48 hours of drawing or tournament end (up to 7 days for the Monthly Grand Prize).
• Winners must respond within 48 hours or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
• Prizes are delivered digitally (gift-card code or PayPal transfer). Winners must maintain an active email and/or PayPal account.

9) Taxes

Winners are responsible for all taxes associated with prizes. U.S. winners receiving $600 or more in a calendar year may need to submit IRS Form W-9 and will receive Form 1099-MISC.

10) General Conditions

• 2Pens Media’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.
• Entries that are incomplete, tampered with, or generated by bots will be void.
• 2Pens Media may modify or cancel any promotion if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity. Legitimate entries received before cancellation remain eligible.

11) Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless 2Pens Media and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation or prize use.

12) Publicity & Privacy

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes permission for 2Pens Media to use the winner’s first name, last initial, and city/state for promotion without further compensation. Information collected is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

13) Governing Law & Disputes

These Rules are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict rules. Any disputes will be resolved individually in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
