Official Rules: iFiftyFifty $5 Daily and $100 Monthly Gift Card Drawings

1. Sponsor

The iFiftyFifty $100 Monthly Gift Card Drawing (“Monthly Drawing”) and $5 Daily Gift Card Drawing (“Daily Drawing”) are sponsored by 2Pens Media, Inc., P.O. Box 632, Morton Grove, Illinois 60053, USA (“Sponsor”). Questions: support@ififtyfifty.com.

2. Apple is not involved

Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of either drawing and is not involved in any way with them. Apple is not responsible for the drawings, their administration or the awarding of prizes, and questions about them should be sent to Sponsor, not Apple. The drawings are also not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Google LLC, any advertising network or any gift card issuer.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older (or the age of majority in their state, if higher) when they enter and who have an iFiftyFifty account with a valid email address. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Entry periods

Monthly Drawing: each calendar month, from 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time on the first day through 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on the last day. Daily Drawing: each day, ending when that day’s drawing is held at approximately 11:57 p.m. Central Time; the next daily period begins right after. Sponsor’s server clock is the official clock.

5. How to enter — no purchase necessary

Playing is free. Monthly Drawing: each time the prize wheel lands on the $100 segment, you receive one entry into that month’s drawing once the app confirms it. Daily Drawing: each ticket you win on the prize wheel during a daily period is one entry into that day’s drawing; bonus entries may also be offered in the app as described at the time. Daily standings show ticket totals only; the winner is not chosen by rank.

Free alternate method of entry: email support@ififtyfifty.com with the subject “Free Entry – iFiftyFifty” and include your full name, your account email address and the drawing you are entering. Limit one email entry per person per entry period; each counts as one entry.

Optional rewarded videos may offer extra spins or tickets, but watching an ad is never required to enter or win and is not a payment to Sponsor. Optional purchases such as Remove Ads do not give entries or improve your odds. Entries made with bots, scripts, multiple accounts or other automated or fraudulent means are void.

6. Prizes

Monthly Drawing: one $100 USD digital gift card each month (approximate retail value “ARV” $100). Daily Drawing: one $5 USD digital gift card each day (ARV $5). Gift cards are sent by email through Sponsor’s gift card fulfillment partner; available brands are set by Sponsor and its partner and are subject to the issuer’s terms. Prizes have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be substituted only by Sponsor with a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Winner selection and odds

Each winner is selected at random by Sponsor’s server from all eligible entries for that entry period: the Daily Drawing at approximately 11:57 p.m. Central Time each day, and the Monthly Drawing at approximately 12:01 a.m. Central Time on the first day of the next month. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Notification and prize delivery

Winners are notified by email and/or push notification, and prizes are sent to the email address on the winner’s account, normally within 7 days of the drawing. Keep your account email up to date. Sponsor may verify identity and eligibility before awarding a prize. A prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries, if the winner is ineligible, cannot be reached or the prize cannot be delivered.

9. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes. Sponsor may ask for an IRS Form W-9 where required.

10. General conditions

By taking part, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the app or the entry process or breaks these rules. If fraud, a technical failure or another cause beyond Sponsor’s control affects a drawing, Sponsor may modify, suspend or cancel it and award the prize from eligible entries received before the problem. Sponsor may update these rules; changes apply to entry periods that start after the update.

11. Release

To the extent permitted by law, you release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participating in the drawings or from accepting or using a prize.

12. Privacy

Information collected for the drawings is used to run them and as described in the iFiftyFifty Privacy Policy at ififtyfifty.com/privacy-policy.

13. Governing law

These rules are governed by Illinois law. Disputes will be resolved individually in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

14. Winners list

To request winner names, email support@ififtyfifty.com with the subject “Winners List” and the entry period, within 90 days after that period ends.
